Qualified Toddler Teacher candidates must meet state qualifications for Lead Caregiver. This includes 12 semester hours of coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a child-related field, as well as related experience. Coursework must include 3 semester hours of infant and toddler development courses or be willing to complete within 6 months of hire.
