Brandi D’Angelo

This is my 7th year at Assumption. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and experience working with young children for over 10 years. I have two children of my own, ages 3 and 5, who also attend Assumption. Toddlers are my passion – watching how much they develop and grow during the year is so rewarding. I look forward to another year full of happiness and growth!

Olivia Economopoulos

I have my bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a Concentration in Early Childhood Education/Development & Special Needs. I have worked at Assumption since 2010, while taking a few years off here and there to have 3 babies of my own. I have worked with an array of ages from toddlers to transition, young 3’s and 4 year olds. I have always enjoyed working with young children/toddlers since I was old enough to babysit at 13 years old. I knew that this was not only a career path for me but a passion. I absolutely love working with children and since having my own I enjoy it even more. I am a wife to my loving husband Andreas and mother to 3 boys (Michael(4), Gabriel(2) and Raphael(4months) and a dog mom to our beagle Jaxson.  I enjoy spending my quiet time relaxing with a good book, spending an afternoon shopping, and enjoying family time whether it be a day at the zoo or a night out getting ice cream!

I have been working with children for over 30 years. My time at Assumption began in March 2016. I have a BS from Eastern Michigan University in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree from Wayne State University. I love watching children learn new skills and be part of a community. When I am not working, I play cello in the Orchard Lake Symphony Orchestra and enjoy time with my husband and two teenage children.

I just started working at Assumption in September 2022, but my daughter (who is now 13 years old) attended Assumption from 1.5 years old, until she started Kindergarten. I’ve always loved working with children and have preciously worked for 8 years at a different daycare and for Roseville schools until 2019. It just makes me happy to see children learning, having fun, and growing! I Have two kids of own – my son is a senior at Grosse Pointe North and my daughter is in 8th grade. Sometimes I miss when they were little, although I am proud of the young adults they’re becoming!
