Yoga for Kids


Yoga is a marvelous form of exercise!

Child must be in a 3 or 4 year old classroom

Children will explore the science of yoga in a creative playtime environment.

  • Utilize breathing techniques

  • Develop calming tools to assist the child in meeting life’s challenges
