This will be my 19th year as lead teacher for Assumption. I love watching how much the children grow during their time in my care. They go from toddlers to preschoolers; it is so rewarding to know I can make a difference in a child’s life. I attended San Antonio College in Texas, majoring in child development. I have more than 33 years of experience working with young children. My husband Jason and I have a blended family. I have 2 adult sons and 2 step children. When I am not here at Assumption you will find me decorating sugar cookies for my cookie business, going up north and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to another great year.
This is my 18th year at Assumption. I love to watch your children interact and solve problems together. Twenty one years ago, I married my best friend, my hubby Michael. We have been blessed with two children: our son, Jeff, 19 who attends Macomb Community college, majoring in Automotive and my husband’s daughter, Jen 28, who is a surgical technician. As a family, we love to go camping, four-wheeling, biking and snowmobiling. I look forward to a great year with our young three’s!
This is my first year working at Assumption. I’m a junior at Oakland University majoring in Elementary Education. I love spending time with the children and watching them grow and explore together. I’m excited to get to know each of them as an afternoon assistant.
